Lacey Chabert stepped out a week after defending the Hallmark Channel following Candace Cameron Bure’s statements about the network.

The Mean Girls alum, 40, was a sight to behold in a romantic green lace gown with plunging neckline.

With a huge smile on her face, Lacey truly looked picture perfect as she posed up a storm outside the studio in New York on Thursday.

Lacey looked ready for her close-up as she arrived to the show.

She rocked metallic gold sandal heels and a sleek, blown out hairstyle with a glossy shine.

A coat of peachy blush adorned her cheekbones while bronze eye shadow and long, full lashes help turn up the glam factor.

The outing comes just over a week after Lacey discussed standing by the Hallmark Channel after Candace, who once starred in many films for the channel, talked leaving the network.

Lacey has become a mainstay on the network in recent years, and she came to its defense during an interview with Vulture published last month.

‘Any shift I’ve felt has been embracing our creative ideas,’ she said. ‘And it’s my responsibility to the audience who continue to tune into my movies that I give the best I have to offer. That’s always my mission.

‘I’ll never abandon what Hallmark means for me, which is that everything is centered around the heart. I don’t think there are any plans for that to change anytime soon.’

Despite standing by Hallmark, the Party of Five actress chose not to comment on Bure’s decision to end her professional relationship with the channel.

‘You know what, I wish everybody the best,’ she said. ‘I really can’t comment on it further other than I care about everybody involved.’

She added, ‘I’m with Hallmark, and I work for them. I’m so sorry, but I’ll just have to leave it at that.’

In November, Bure, 46, discussed why she had departed the network, telling the Wall Street Journal: ‘It basically is a completely different network than when I started because of the change of leadership.’

She sparked major backlash for comments she made in that same interview, where she said she did not anticipate her new network to feature same-sex couples in starring roles.

‘Great American Family will keep traditional marriage at the core,’ she told the outlet.

Great American Family is a cable television network that broadcasts family-oriented programs, much like Hallmark.

Celebrities like JoJo Siwa and Maren Morris were quick to call Bure’s comments homophobic.

One Tree Hill star Hilarie Burton even called Bure a ‘bigot,’ and said ‘I don’t remember Jesus liking hypocrites like Candy. But sure. Make your money, honey. You ride that prejudice wave all the way to the bank,’ in a tweet.

Bure then released another statement to defending herself.

‘All of you who know me, know beyond question that I have great love and affection for all people,’ she told Fox News Digital. ‘It absolutely breaks my heart that anyone would ever think I intentionally would want to offend and hurt anyone.’
