The Cronulla-born model and influencer, 35, showed off her flawless complexion going makeup free as she splashed around in an outdoor bath in the Cayman Islands.
Lara, who is the wife of Avatar star Sam Worthington, stripped off into a black bathing suit as she made a splash in the water.
Lara revealed her post was an advertisement for a leading haircare brand and can be seen washing her hair and relaxing as she enjoyed a soak.
