Married At First Sight star Natasha Spencer has shared an emotional Instagram post about her fertility struggles.
The former reality TV star has been trying to conceive since marrying her husband Gary Green last year, and said it’s been ‘the most horrible thing’ she’s ever experienced.
The 29-year-old said she has wanted to talk about her journey for months and was desperately hoping to be positive for her social media followers – however that just hasn’t been the case.
‘The world of fertility is without a doubt the most horrible thing I’ve experienced,’ she wrote.
‘I’ve wanted to rant for like six months but I’ve been trying to stay positive. But it is the most user unfriendly situation I’ve dealt with.’

‘Fertility acupuncture is a God send for everything,’ she listed.
‘HyCosy and HyFosy treatments help fertility and IVF.
‘Go test your AMH levels like yesterday.
‘There is so many vitamins you need for egg and sperm health, apart from a prenatal.
‘Cold exposure for men and women is really helpful.’
Natasha said she has struggled to listen to ‘miracle stories’ about people falling pregnant.
‘Every person wants to tell you a miracle story in regards to fertility to give you hope- tell them to stop this,’ she said.
‘There is so many people who don’t have miracles, some times it’s not as easy as “just relax and it will happen”.
‘Egg freezing is far more complicated than people sell you.’
