Marnie Simpson is married! Geordie Shore star is ‘over the moon’ as she ties the knot with former X Factor star Casey Johnson
Marnie Simpson has tied the knot with fiancé and former X Factor contestant Casey Johnson.
The Geordie Shore star, 31, who shares two sons with her 27-year-old beau, is said to be overjoyed following her big day on Wednesday.
Speaking to OK! she said: ‘We’ve finally tied the knot – we’re over the moon!’.
The couple were forced to postpone their nuptials back in 2021 due to ongoing Covid restrictions, before walking down the aisle this week.
At the time a couple told OK!: ‘Marnie wanted a really relaxed and fun wedding where people can enjoy themselves, and as it stands this wouldn’t be the case’.

‘She feels she won’t be able to enjoy it as there are certain restrictions currently in place, such as only the bride and groom being able to dance’.
