But resurfaced Instagram posts show a dark side to Shannon Adams, 30.
In footage obtained by Daily Mail Australia, Adams uses offensive language and spits on the floor of a busy gym while giving advice to his clients when he worked as a personal trainer.

One clip shows an ‘aggressive’ Adams yelling at the camera before offering harsh fitness advice.
‘See that sexy little bitty on the treadmill and your eyeing her off – No, no, no, no, no. F**k her!’ Shannon yells in the footage.
‘You are not in here for that. Go to a f**king bar, Leave her alone. You’re in here for yourself.
‘You pay your dues, that’s how you got to be. And that’s a winner. She’ll come along in the long term.’

Another distressing clip shows the outspoken fitness buff spitting on the floor at the gym before dishing out more advice.
‘So that’s your difference right there – that’s what will make you number one and keep you number one,’ he says, before spitting away from the camera.
The recently resurfaced clips raised eyebrows among cast members and his bride Caitilin McConville, who were shocked by some of his videos after his Instagram account went public earlier this month.

‘It was very distressing seeing some of the aggressive content he had on his page,’ one cast member confessed.
‘We were all very shocked… was not a good look for him at all.’
Daily Mail Australia understands that while Shannon has made no secret of his troubled past, he is on a journey to become a better person and has admitted he has struggled to balance honesty with empathy.
‘He asked Channel Nine if they could wipe his page so he can start fresh,’ a source close to production explained.
He has been seeking advice from friends and family, as well as attending therapy sessions to help him understand the impact of his words and actions.
