The actress, 37 — who is one of the many famous sex symbols featured in the magazine’s glossy pages — nearly spilled out of her low-cut sheer black dress while posing on the red carpet.
Despite putting on a loving display with her beau, Megan decided to go without the custom two-stone engagement ring MGK gave her in January 2022.
The couple did not walk the red carpet together but they were captured having a sweet moment in the wings.
It’s been rumored in recent months that Megan and MGK’s relationship is on the rocks following allegations the rapper-turned-rocker had been unfaithful.
They were last spotted together in photos obtained by DailyMail.com early last month as they vacationed in Hawaii.

A source dished that although they had endured a ‘rocky patch’ in their whirlwind romance, Megan and MGK are ‘officially back on’ and ‘feel more connected than ever.’
The pair began dating in May 2020 following Megan’s shock split from her husband of 10-years and the father of her three children, Brian Austin Green. MGK proposed to the Transformers star the following January.
But Thursday was Megan’s night as she celebrated her incredible SI cover — which shows her modeling a barely-there bodychain made of shells on the beach.
The Jennifer’s Body actress’ daring launch party dress had a sheer long-sleeved bodice that exposed her chiseled torso and sculpted arms.
It had a low-rise black satin skirt that flowed to the floor and trailed behind her as she worked her angles for shutterbugs solo.
Instead of her signature raven hair, Megan showed off her long, auburn tresses.
As for makeup, the screen star didn’t stray from her go-to glam as she offered a sultry gaze lined in black with lids dusted in shimmery brown eyeshadow.
Her unnaturally plump pout was drenched in pink lip gloss and her angelic features carved out with bronzing powder.
Despite being considered one of the sexiest women alive, Megan dished to Sports Illustrated that she has always struggled with her self-image.
‘I have body dysmorphia. I don’t ever see myself the way other people see me,’ the mother-of-three confessed.
‘There is never a point in my life where I loved my body,’ she said. ‘Never, ever.’
Megan said that she became ‘obsessed’ with her appearance at an early age but that it wasn’t the result of her childhood.
‘It definitely wasn’t environmental because I grew up in a very religious environment where bodies weren’t even acknowledged,’ she explained. ‘The journey of loving myself is going to be never-ending, I think.’
Along with stealing the show on Thursday’s red carpet, Megan made sure to mingle with her fellow Sports Illustrated covergirls.
She was captured posing for a photo with Martha Stewart, 81, who made history as the oldest woman to pose for the magazine.
