Millie Mackintosh has revealed that she had a breast enhancement three months ago after being accused of having a ‘secret boob job’ by cruel trolls.
The Made In Chelsea star, 33, has opened up for the first time about why she decided to undergo the procedure, saying she is ‘thrilled’ with the results.
She insisted she had ‘no intention’ of hiding the fact that she had a breast enhancement procedure as she spoke about the surgery in an open letter in Grazia.
A breast enhancement, also known as a boob job, is when implants are inserted into the breasts to increase their size or change their shape, and are usually not available on the NHS.
Millie said she had been accused of ‘secretly’ undergoing the procedure by ‘cruel’ trolls, claiming they had ‘ousted’ her with their harsh comments.

She said: ‘I was under no illusion it would go unnoticed, and I had no intention of concealing the choice I had made, with the full support of my family and after a lot of research.’
‘Being in the public eye is a double-edged sword! No matter which approach I take – being honest or secretive (and of course getting ousted) – someone will always have something to say,’ she went on.
‘I personally feel it’s more harmful to have tweakments / procedures and then lie and pretend the results are achievable naturally.’
Millie said she felt it was important to address the speculation around whether she had undergone an enhancement, rather than ‘hide’ from it.
She gushed that she is thrilled with the results and said she didn’t want to hide how happy she is about her ‘extremely well-informed’ decision.
Speaking about why she wanted the enhancement, Millie said it has helped her to reconnect with herself before she breastfed her two kids – Sienna, two, and Aurelia, one, who she shares with husband Hugo Taylor.
She said she has long been self-conscious about her breasts and said she has always promised herself she would get a boob job, before deciding that it was the right time to do so after she had her children.
Millie said she had the surgery to help her self-confidence and said she feels like herself again after undergoing the procedure earlier this year.

The reality TV star also told how she had received some ‘cruel’ comments from trolls on social media and admitted the hurtful messages had affected her.
She also slammed people for claiming she isn’t a ‘feminist’ because of her decision to have cosmetic surgery, arguing that feminism should be about freedom of choice.
