Adult star Angela White has revealed that, contrary to popular belief, there are no ‘fluffers’ on set of pornographic films.
According to the long-standing rumour, a ‘fluffer’ is a woman employed to keep a male porn star’s penis erect while he is getting ready for a shot.
They are usually another porn actress, a makeup artist or the performer’s girlfriend.
But Angela, who has appeared in more than nine hundred hardcore scenes during her career, said on-set ‘fluffers’ are actually a myth.
Speaking to the Pillow Talk podcast recently, she clarified the only person helping the men stay hard on set is their female co-star.

‘That’s a myth. What are you talking about?’ Angela said.
‘When I do those fifteen-guy [scenes], it’s me. I’m the performer and I’m fluffing everyone,’ she added with a laugh.
Elsewhere in the interview, Angela revealed that on mainstream porn sets, the actual sex only takes about ‘thirty minutes’.
She said the rest of the time – up to five hours – is spent taking pictures and applying makeup to the actresses.

In another surprising admission, she said adult DVDs ‘still make money’ because there are still remote areas without high-speed broadband internet.
Angela also revealed ‘there are the hardcore collectors’ who like to have physical copies of all the latest porn releases.
It comes worried fans begged Angela to give her body ‘a break’ following a twenty-year career that has seen her take part in more than nine hundred scenes.

‘After doing over nine hundred scenes, isn’t it time to consider taking a break for once?’ they commented on one of Angela’s posts.
But the three-time winner of the AVN Award for Female Performer of the Year was having none of it.
‘Do a job you love and never work a day in your life,’ she responded.

But DionYoung255 wasn’t alone in expressing concern, with more fans saying Angela risks long-term health issues if she continues with her punishing work schedule.
‘I don’t know, Angela. That’s a brutal way to treat your body for years on end. At some point you pay a price,’ one said.
‘I think you should find a nice guy, enjoy a relationship for once. Haven’t you at least earned that? I think you have earned some downtime and a romantic dinner with some guy you connect with. But it’s your body, so go ahead and keep going, if that’s what you want to do.’

Speaking on the Only Stans podcast with Glenny Balls, Angela said reports of the incident had been ‘blown way out of proportion’.
‘My appendix actually did not burst, but it is true I had appendicitis and did have to have emergency surgery to have it removed,’ she clarified.
Appendicitis refers to a condition where the appendix is inflamed, with symptoms including severe abdominal pain, fever, chills and weakness.
Prolonged appendicitis can lead to the appendix rupturing, also known as a ‘burst appendix’.
While Keiran was under the impression his large manhood was the cause of her injury, Angela insisted her condition was ‘likely a pure coincidence’.
