Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ widow Allison Holker, shared several images that had been taken during a trip to Universal Studios Hollywood on her Instagram account on Sunday.
In the snaps, the 35-year-old professional dancer appeared to be making the most of her time with her children Maddox and Zaia, aged seven and three, and she wrote that there were ‘beautiful memories being created’ in her post’s caption.
The media personality, who has amassed a $2 million fortune of her own over the years, made the post a day after it was revealed that she had been granted half of her late husband’s estate.
Holker and Boss initially met while they were working on So You Think You Can Dance’s seventh season, which aired in 2010.
The couple dated for three years before they decided to tie the knot in 2013.

The dancers went on to start a family with Maddox’s birth in 2016, and they welcomed Zaia in 2019.
Boss had also formally adopted Holker’s daughter Weslie, aged 13, following his marriage.
However, the television personality tragically died by suicide this past December, and it later emerged that he had passed away without leaving a will.
Holker subsequently filed a California Spousal Property Petition to take control of fifty percent of her late husband’s estate, which was worth $5 million, in February.
California law allows for a spouse to take control of half of their deceased partner’s money and property after making a court filing.
According to Us Weekly, the professional dancer cited that Boss ‘owned nothing of value’ when they married in 2013.
She went on to claim that any ‘existing assets were acquired during the marriage, by virtue of the work, skills and efforts of the parties.’
Holker’s late husband ‘had numerous projects and performed as dancer, choreographer, actor and producer which resulted in rights to royalties’ she felt would benefit their children.

A judge ultimately signed off on the petition, granting the performer half of Boss’ estate.
An insider previously spoke to Us Weekly and expressed that the dancer’s bereaved wife was mainly concerned about the well-being of their chldren.
‘This has been a difficult process for Allison, but she’s confident it will all work out in the end and that the kids will be taken care of,’ they said.
The source went on to speak about how the late dancer held his family as his main concern.
‘Anyone who knew Stephen would tell you his wife and kids were his No. 1 priority,’ they said.
The insider subsequently stated that Boss ‘absolutely…would have wanted’ Holker to take control of his estate.
The insider concluded by stating: ‘There’s every confidence the courts will agree to do the right thing and give her half his estate.’

Holker shared a tribute of her own to her Instagram account the month after her husband’s death to express her admiration for her late spouse.
In the tribute, the dancer referred to the performer as ‘my husband, best friend, babe, Chee-chalker, Superman and father of my children.’
She added: ‘We will forever remember you as the true beacon of light that you were and we will continue to cast your light and love throughout the world.’
Holker concluded by writing: ‘Thank you for our incredible memories and our beautiful life shared together.’
