Terri Irwin has revealed the three things she does before bed every day to keep her happy hopeful and kind’.
The 58-year-old zookeeper told her fans on Twitter she has a regular bedtime ritual she follows daily including reflecting on the day, reminiscing on the best part of the day and planning ahead.
‘Happy New Year!! This year, celebrate every day by practising these 3 things before you go to bed,’ she began.

‘Revel in your favourite part of the day. Think about what you’re most looking forward to tomorrow and reflect on your good deed for the day. This will keep you happy, hopeful, & kind,’ Terri said.
It comes after reports claimed Terri is reportedly urging her 19-year-old son Robert to ‘take things slow’ with his first girlfriend Rorie Buckey.
The zookeeper is said to be keeping a close eye on the couple to make sure they ‘keep things PG’, New Idea reported last month.

‘Terri is really happy for Robert, and she likes Rorie, but she’s urging him to take it slow for both their sakes,’ a source told the magazine.
‘Terri knows all too well what it’s like to be in a relationship in the public eye. She wants to make sure they’re ready.’
The young couple had previously been spotted spending time together near the Sunshine Coast zoo.

The pair went for a stroll before getting takeaway from Grill’d and eating it on a beach. Robert was seen pulling his girlfriend in for a hug as the sun went down.
Rorie is the niece of the late Heath Ledger, and she has an identical twin sister named Scarlett.
Robert and Rorie have plenty in common; both grew up in the public eye after suffering the devastating loss of a family member.
Heath was at the top of his Hollywood career when he was found dead in January 2008 following an accidental prescription drug overdose.
Robert’s father Steve Irwin, known to the world as the ‘Crocodile Hunter’, died aged 44 on September 4, 2006, after being pierced in the chest by a stingray.
