Transgender reality star Jolene Dawson has been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder.
In a harrowing interview with LADbible Australia, the 27-year-old shared her diagnosis and opened up about her outrageous and erratic behaviour over the years.
Jolene, who appeared on E!’s Botched and Channel 10’s Trial By Kyle, is a sex addict and OnlyFans model who famously forked out $150,000 to look like a Bratz doll.
She also developed an addiction to prescription medication, which she says made her ‘psychotic’ and ‘out of touch with reality’.
‘I was taking about ten pills a day, most of them anti-psychotics, and the problem with taking anti-psychotics when you’re not psychotic is you become psychotic,’ she explained.

Jolene appeared on Botched in 2019, where she told Dr Terry Dubrow and Dr Paul Nassif she wanted two breast implants on her head and a seventh nose job.
‘The implants on the top of my head and a smaller nose will definitely get me a little close to my goal of looking like a doll,’ she said.
When she revealed she wanted a ‘doll nose,’ Dr Nassif pointed out she wouldn’t be able to breathe properly, but she didn’t seem to care.
‘I’m okay with that,’ she told him.
‘A big issue between a doll’s nose and a human’s nose is that dolls don’t really need to breathe. We do,’ he said in his testimonial.
‘Dolls are to be used to play with, not to be used as an inspiration for body modification.’

Speaking to LADbible, Dawson referred to her time on Botched as ‘an acting job’ and said she was ‘playing a character’.
The star previously told Daily Mail Australia she became a sex addict after trying to come up with outrageous stories for her YouTube channel.
‘I started to feel the pressure to have more stories, so I began hunting for new interesting sex stories for my channel. I thought more sex meant more story times, which meant more money and more followers,’ she said.
‘After about three months into it, I was having sex sometimes ten times a day and it was no longer about making content, it was about having a lot of sex.
‘It began impacting my work, I just wouldn’t go to work at all so I could have sex.’
Jolene said she started running out of money because she was no longer working.
‘I wasn’t working but I couldn’t stop. I would have sex with at least four men a night,’ she revealed.
‘But while I was living like this I felt lonelier than ever, I felt like sex made the world go round and I was treating myself like a commodity.’

She later ‘cured’ her addiction because she was so scared of catching a sexually transmitted infection.
After a brief stint of celibacy, Jolene joined OnlyFans, where she bills herself as being ‘the transgender Linda Lovelace’ due to her impressive skills in the bedroom.
Prior to joining the adult subscription service, Jolene worked at a marketing firm.
However, she was sensationally sacked in 2020 after a video of her crying over being rejected for a spot on Big Brother went viral.
The rambling 11-minute YouTube video raged at TV producers for not picking her and instead opting for ‘generic people who everyone can relate to’.
Jolene received abusive messages, including death threats, in response to the video.

Then when she came into work the next week, she was hauled into a meeting with her boss and human resources.
‘My boss said to me, “You need to decide if you want to have a corporate job or be an internet meme, but it’s too late for us,”‘ Jolene told Daily Mail Australia at the time.
‘”If our clients Google you, all this stuff is going to come up like you crying about not getting on Big Brother and it will be damaging to the business. You have a job so I don’t know why you need another.”‘
Golden Edge Media then pulled down its website and disconnected its phone, and claimed Jolene’s video forced it to close.
‘Due to Jolene’s embarrassing YouTube videos we lost multiple clients and have temporarily closed down,’ director Angela Summors said.
‘Most clients [that left] said it was due to her videos.’
