A teenager is facing court after a fight broke out and a grandfather’s crutch was allegedly stolen in Sydney’s west.

It’s alleged the fight was between two groups of students at Fairfield train station about 3.30pm on Wednesday.

A 75-year-old, who was looking after his young grandkids, allegedly had his crutch stolen so it could be used as a weapon.

He suffered a cut to his arm while the fight was occurring.
