A woman has died while a man and two children have been rushed to hospital after a horror house fire in central-west NSW, sparking harrowing scenes.
Emergency services were called to the family home on Pimpala Place, Orange about 5.45am on Saturday and arrived to find the house engulfed in flames.
A man escaped the blaze but suffered burns while trying to re-enter the home to rescue two children and a woman still trapped inside
Firefighters entered the home and rescued two children who were pulled outside.
Harrowing young cries can be heard as the children were treated by paramedics in the street for smoke inhalation.

The children were taken to Orange Base Hospital, along with the man who suffered burns.
Firefighters located a woman in a front room of the home a short time later but she was unable to be revived.
All four are from the same family, police have confirmed.
The house has sustained extensive damage with broken window glass strewn across the street.

A crime scene has been established as an investigation was launched
Specialist fire investigators and police will enter the home when it is deemed safe.
