Emilia Fazzalari is the daughter of Italian immigrants who were entrepreneurs like her. The businesswoman says that entrepreneurship runs in her DNA.

The name Cincoro expresses five gold in Spanish, and it pays homage to the five founding partners, including herself, Michael Jordan, her husband Wyc, Lakers co-owner Jeanie Buss and Milwaukee Bucks co-owner Wes Edens.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, Emilia worked for more than two decades as a Financial Product and Media in Bloomberg LP. The wife of the Celtic owner who worked at Bloomberg joined the company in the early 90s and left her job at Lexington Avenue in 2011.

Not only does Emilia looks after the tequila company, but she is also a member of the trust board of Boston Children’s Hospital and is one of the advisory council at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Recently her husband Wyc and his NBA franchise have come under media scrutiny as the head coach of his NBA team Ime Udoka was reported to have shared an intimate relationship with a female staff member named Kathleen Nimmo Lynch.

Wyc Grousbeck has two children – Campbell Grousbeck and Kesley Grousbeck.

Emilia is the stepmother to Kelsey and Campbell Grousbeck.

Kelsey and Campbell Grousbeck are the product of the Celtic owner and his first wife, Corrine. The former couple divorced, and Wyc found his true love of life with his then-girlfriend Emilia.

The couple was engaged in 2016, and after five months in 2017, they exchanged their vows.

Campbell Grousbeck, son of Wyc Grousbeck, is blind and has suffered from this disability since childhood. Campbell was born in 1992 and is the younger brother of Kelsey.

His parents quickly noticed he wasn’t like the other kids. Campbell had difficulties responding to visual stimuli, and when they took him to the eye specialist, he told the couple that their son suffers from Leber congenital amaurosis.

Wye and Corrine were devastated by the revelation but had full hopes for their son to do well in the future. Campbell started at Perkins School in 1995 and later landed a job at Highland Capital Partners, a venture firm.

Wye’s daughter Kelsey Grousbeck is a former athlete and rowed four years with the varsity crew during her high school years with Noble and Greenough School.

In 2008, Kelsey won the gold medal at the Rowing Youth National Championship in Cincinnati. Rowing is in her DNA as her father once rowed for Princeton lightweights and was part of the undefeated class of the 1983 boat.
