Fabrizio Romano has claimed that some chiefs at Chelsea are beyond excited about the potential of one of their potential upcoming signings.
The Blues are set to be busy in the upcoming transfer window as they look to finetune the areas of the squad that need strengthening.
A lot of their targets may well come down to whether they are playing in Europe next season, with their position in the table not certain with three games to go.
However, this is likely not to have too much impact on the signing of young players, a method that has been tried and tested since Todd Boehly took over as owner.
Reports have claimed they are keen to add arguably the highlight addition of all of them in the form of Estevao Willian.
It has been reported that the Blues have agreed personal terms with the 17-year-old over a potential move, with only an agreement needed now between the two sides over a fee.

Fabrizio Romano has now added to this by saying that talks are going well between the two sides, and there is confidence amongst those involved in the deal that they will have a real star on their hands.
He said on YouTube: “Talks are progressing well between Chelsea and Palmeiras over a deal for Estêvão Willian. People working on the deal believe he can be a generational talent like Rodrigo and Vinicius Jr.”
Thomas Tuchel knocked out of Champions League
Vini Jr. enjoyed a very succesful and dramatic evening in the Champions League last night at the expense of Bayern Munich and former Blue Thomas Tuchel last night.
The result saw a number of Chelsea supporters spread their opinions on the former boss, stating that he is perhaps not at the level many rate him at.
Despite the fact that Estevao is going to cost the club a lot more than any of their other young additions have done so far, the ability and potential he has already shown suggests he could be a serious talent for years to come.
