After going 1-0 down, Nicolas Jackson and Mykhailo Mudryk both scored to put Chelsea 2-1 up against Leeds United in the fifth round of the FA Cup last night.
Nicolas Jackson, who equalised for Chelsea, netted his 10th goal of the season.
However, former Brighton & Hove Albion and Crystal Palace striker Glenn Murray was not too impressed with the 22-year-old’s overall performance. He claimed on BBC Radio 5 Live that Jackson was losing the ball frequently.
Whatever the case, the Senegalese player is the only recognised No.9 Mauricio Pochettino has right now.
Armando Broja joined Fulham on loan last month and while Christopher Nkunku can also play up top, the Frenchman is currently out injured.

Glenn Murray criticises Nicolas Jackson display
While Jackson was able to score against Daniel Farke’s side yesterday and help Chelsea make it to the FA Cup quarter-finals, Murray was not completely convinced with his performance.
On the Senegal international, he said during the game: “Too many times the ball goes to Nicolas Jackson and he gives it away too easily. It breaks down way too often when the ball is in possession of the Chelsea striker.”

Nicolas Jackson has to keep scoring
Right now, the most important thing for Jackson to do is continue finding the back of the net.
His hold-up play may not be complete, but no one should really expect it to be with the former Villarreal man still just 22.
With no other real alternatives to Jackson at present, what Pochettino needs from him is consistency in front of goal.
If the Chelsea forward can deliver that, he should get given a bit of leeway when he messes up in other areas.
Jackson certainly has had his critics this season, with former Chelsea defender Scott Minto claiming that he is not ready to lead the Blues’ line yet.
