Jack Grealish delights fans as he is pictured all smiles in England – Manchester City treble winner Jack Grealish is back training for England with fans jokingly urging Gareth Southgate to start him on Friday.

The 27-year-old has been revelling in the Citizens’ historic season, where he has partied in Istanbul, Ibiza and in Manchester.

Grealish implied to talkSPORT pundit Jimmy Bullard on Tuesday how he was the nursing the mother of all hangovers.

But the ex-Aston Villa skipper refused to skip out on international duty, as he arrived to St George’s Park later that night.

Southgate’s side face Malta away on Friday in a Euro 2024 qualifier, before hosting North Macedonia at Wembley on Monday night.

And England have now posted snaps of Grealish on social media, where he can be seen with a huge grin on his face.

Despite posing for the camera alongside his City teammates and fellow treble winners Phil Foden, John Stones, Kalvin Phillips and Kyle Walker, Three Lions fans only wanted to talk about the man of the moment.

One Twitter user quipped: “Start Grealish on Friday.”

Another said: “Grealish is looking shattered, top man.”

A third added: “The thought of Grealish starting a game for England in just a couple days time is hilarious.”

This fan then posted: “Can’t believe how Grealish [is] still standing.”

And this supporter commented: “Grealish hasn’t slept since the final has he lol.”

Meanwhile one simply stated: “Grealish is a f****** machine.”

It seems unlikely that Southgate will start the former Notts County loan star against Malta following a gruelling campaign where he played 50 games for City.
