Former Chelsea star Jorginho has now had his say on who he would pick to play right-back in his dream team.
Speaking to JD Football, the Italy international and current arsenal man was given the choice of Trent Alexander-Arnold or Reece James to play in the position.
The Chelsea Captain has unfortunately missed the majority of the season due to more injury heartache.
This has seen him make the decision to have surgery, although as expected there is no rush or timeframe on his return at this stage.
The injury has been an unfortunate roadblock in the way of the 24-year-old’s development, with many believing at his best he is one of the top players in the world in his position.
One player who will know this better than most is Jorginho, who was part of the team who won the Champions League with the England international in 2021.
Jorginho chooses James over Alexander-Arnold
The Gunners man has now given his verdict on who he would pick for his team out of James or Alexander-Arnold.

He said: “Believe me. Reece James and Trent Alexander-Arnold are different, but if I was choosing for my team, I would choose Reece. He is more complete. Trent has these passes and this shooting, it’s unbelievable, it’s different, but overall I think I would choose Reece.”
Alexander-Arnold is one of the Liverpool players who will not be fit for the EFL Cup final at the end of the month, with him recently aggrevating a previously suffered problem.
This means that neither of arguably Gareth Southgate’s top options to play the position at the Euros this summer will be taking part at Wembley.
Chelsea will therefore be relying on Malo Gusto to perform at the highest level, which based on his recent performances are something that he certainly can do when required.
