EastEnders star Lorraine Stanley reveals she has got engaged to her boyfriend after nine years of dating
EastEnders star Lorraine Stanley has revealed she’s got engaged to her partner of nine years Mark Perez.
The actress, 47, took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal the happy news and shared a picture of herself with Mark.
Lorraine – who plays Karen Taylor in EastEnders – can be seen smiling at Mark as she poses with her arm around him.
She wrote: ‘Love you baby #Engaged,’ along with some emojis including a love heart and an engagement ring.
Lorraine has previously shared photos of herself and Mark celebrating their eighth anniversary.

Lorraine appeared in a Krays biopic starring Tom Hardy before landing her role in the BBC soap EastEnders.
The movie – released in 2015 – saw Tom play twins Ronnie and Reggie Kray, two of London’s most dreaded gangsters during their 1960s heyday.
She first made her Albert Square appearance in 2017, alongside her two children, Bernie and Keanu.
She was seen in a number of roles prior to her big break – including Call the Midwife, Holby City and The Bill.
Her EastEnders character is known for her scruffy ensembles and looking a bit rough around the edges.
However, Lorraine has shown countless times at red carpets event that she can work a glam ensemble, proving she is far from her on-screen persona.
In January 2020, Lorraine shared a handful of black and white snaps to her Twitter from the set of Legend.
Lorraine beamed beside Tom – who was dressed as Reggie Kray – while she donned her barmaid costume.
Her tresses were styled in a short up-do, looking completely opposite from her long blonde locks now.
The actress oozed sophistication in an old fashioned dress, styled with a cardigan and heels while posing in front of a retro car.
