Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed if she she’s still friendly with her famous exes.
When it comes to ‘conscious uncoupling,’ the Goop founder, 50, has some A-list experience as her romantic history includes a trinity of major Hollywood romances.
The Oscar-winning mogul – who recently returned from a romantic Parisian getaway with her husband Brad Falchuk, 51 – opened up about her policy of turning breakups into friendships when she answered fan questions from her Instagram DMs.

‘Pretty much,’ wrote Paltrow, answering a fan’s question about whether or not she has stayed friends with her former flames.
‘I really believe in conscious uncoupling,’ the Shakespeare in Love star explained, referencing the term she popularized during her divorce from Chris Martin in 2014.
‘When you spend meaningful time with someone,’ she wrote, ‘it’s nice to have it morph into friendship. I don’t want to have bad blood with anyone, ever (if I can help it).’
The lifestyle maven married the Coldplay frontman in 2003 and they’ve gone on to amicably co-parent their two children – 18-year-old daughter Apple and 16-year-old son Moses.

Prior to starting a family with the Viva La Vida hitmaker, Paltrow embarked on a tumultuous romance with fellow Oscar winner Ben Affleck, 50, back in his heyday as a heartthrob during the late ’90s.
The pair met in 1997 at a Hollywood dinner party for the now-infamous Miramax, which was the domain of Harvey Weinstein at the time.
Paltrow would later become a critical source to go on record and expose the tyrannical producer as a sexual predator, detailing his harassment of her when she was in a serious relationship with Brad Pitt, 59.
But Brad was before Ben and Gwyneth’s on-again, off-again relationship with the Gone Girl star ended for good in 2000 after they co-starred in the romantic drama film Bounce.

And when it comes to Ben Affleck finding a second round of happiness with Jennifer Lopez, Paltrow couldn’t be more thrilled: ‘Love!!!’ she wrote in an Instagram story over the summer. ‘So romantic!!! Very happy for them.’
Paltrow has gone on to find love with producer Brad Falchuk, whom she wed in 2018.
And Falchuk isn’t threatened by his wife staying friends with her famous exes.
‘My husband is probably like the least judgmental, most secure man in our relationship,’ Paltrow gushed to ET.
