Jessica and Tina were able to buy back the rest of the brand – 62.5%.
They owned 37.5% but purchased the 62.5% back after it was sold to Sequential Brands Group Inc. in 2015 by Camuto Group, according to Today.com.
Sequential Brands Group filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and they started selling off their portfolio.
The birthday post comes after Jessica has been seen looking thinner than ever.
In September, Jessica Simpson spoke out about her 100 pound weight loss, revealing that she saw a nutritionist to help fix her eating habits.

‘I went to a nutritionist, and I needed to get my eating habits right, she told Extra.
Extra host Terri Seymour asked her if she felt ‘healthy,’ to which Jessica said: ‘I absolutely feel healthy.’
Adding: ‘I don’t know. I feel like my old self before I had children and all the hormones going wild. I feel younger, actually. I have a lot more energy and yeah, I get to wear all the clothes that are in storage that I saved for Maxwell and Birdie. Maybe Birdie will outgrow them because Maxwell has already outgrown me!’
