Stacey Solomon is left in tears as she celebrates son Leighton’s huge milestone during an ’emotional week’

Stacey Solomon is having ‘an emotional week’ as she celebrates her son Leighton’s final days of primary school.

The Loose Women star shared a teary snap as she enjoyed her second eldest son’s school church service on Monday.

Leighton, 11, is enjoying his final days in year six before moving up to secondary school in September.

Stacey proudly shared a photo of herself with Leighton along with youngest son Rex, four, posing in the church after the special service.   

‘The face of a proud 11 year old, an over emotional mother and a 4 year old who is well and truly ready for the church service to end,’ she captioned the family snap.

Stacey became a mother for the fifth time in February this year when she gave birth to her daughter Belle.

The television personality shares Rex, four, Rose, 21 months, and four-month-old Belle with husband Joe Swash. 

She is also a parent to Leighton who she shares with Aaron Barham and 15-year-old Zachary with Dean Cox.

In an Instagram Story posted on Monday evening, Stacey and Joe joked about their differing desires for more children. 

In the video, Stacey told her husband: ‘You’re the one who says let’s have more children, let’s have children until the cows come home.’

‘When I said get a vasectomy what did you say? What if we want one more? And by me you mean you.’

Joe argued back though, telling her: ‘Someone told me if you get a vasectomy it makes you age really fast.’

‘It will make no difference to you then,’ quipped a laughing Stacey. 

It comes after Stacey showed off her rarely seen sister Samantha Stone on Instagram on Tuesday. 

While her sibling Jemma regularly appears on the presenter’s social media channels and even has her own book, Samantha prefers a life away from the spotlight. 

But Stacey showcased her younger sister’s talents as she revealed she has turned to the personal trainer for help with her new exercise regime. 

Stacey previously spoke about her family dynamic when talking about Samantha.

She said: ‘Loads of you were like, ‘I did not know you had another sister, where have you been hiding her?’ She’s actually my step-sister but I would never call her that because we grew up together, so she’s my sister. 

Stacey went on to explain the dynamics of her huge family, saying: ‘All together there’s like seven of us. 

‘We were a really big blended family. So I’ve got one step-sister, two step-brothers, my brother and sister and then my dad and step-mum had another baby so I’ve got another half-brother.

‘I call them all my brothers and sisters. I would never call them ‘steps’ just because it feels weird because we grew up like brothers and sisters.’
