The Chase star Mark Labbett had an emotional goodbye with his girlfriend Hayley Palmer on Sunday.
The quizzing icon, 57, has been filming the US version of The Chase in LA as well as new game show Master Minds for Game Show Network, and Hayley flew out to join him.
But her trip came to an end over the weekend, leaving Mark struggling to bid her farewell until they see each other again.
‘It was Hayley’s last day today. Missing her already,’ he wrote on his Instagram Stories, alongside a broken heart emoji.
And it seems Mark, aka The Beast, is trying to keep his mind off his girlfriend’s departure by indulging in some rest and relaxation.

‘Great day, watching Captain America on the couch followed by US Open Golf,’ he tweeted on Sunday.
Shortly before their stateside outing, Hayley revealed she fell for Mark when he flashed her his Toby Carvery card.
The couple met at the National Television Awards in October, where they instantly got on.
Hayley revealed it’s not all been plain-sailing since they met, as she detailed one of the struggles they have faced. Talking about when they met, Hayley told MailOnline she had worn flat shoes under her long dress.
But she said she realised it was actually the one night she needed to be wearing heels because Mark is 6ft 7in tall.
The couple have the same agent who persuaded Mark to appear on Hayley’s show ‘Saturday Night with Hayley Palmer’.
During the programme, she challenged Mark to an 80’s Quiz on and impressed him by getting 4/5 questions right.
Mark then flashed Hayley a glimpse of his Toby Carvery Card which, to this day, Hayley is ‘trying to get her hands on!’

The couple bonded when they went on a non date to watch the Dirty Dancing Press Night at the Dominion Theatre.
While there, they bonded over their shared love of Maltesers, with Hayley noting that Mark makes sure he brings a bag for them to share on every date.
Talking about their struggle, she said: ‘They don’t sell Maltesers in LA, so we’ve been struggling to keep up with our own tradition.’
They don’t know if this is love yet because it’s ‘too early to tell,’
‘We are taking things really slowly,’ they said. ‘But this is the first time we’ve been able to do more than the odd date so it’s been fantastic.
‘We are getting on well and are happy.’ We’ve discovered we get on well together and have been able to walk hand-in-hand and feel relaxed in LA.’
And it sounds like the couple know exactly how to treat one another.
‘Our idea of a romantic hot date is going to a local American Diner called Patti’s for a cheese toastie!’
Hayley shared a picture of their last date at the Cheesecake Factory in LA.
She captioned her picture: ‘The Beast defeated by pancakes @cheesecakefactory. Doesn’t even want cheesecake!’
The television star could be seen waving his white napkin as he threw it down on the table after attempting to finish the dish.
Mark has been open about his weight loss and how he has shed 10 stone.
Last month Mark looked slimmer than ever as he shared a picture of himself enjoying a crumble on social media.
A source told The Sun: ‘Hayley caught a plane to LA on Wednesday to see Mark. He’s working really hard but wants to make time for her at the weekend.
‘She’s been so busy with her own projects back in London, but they’re both determined to make this work.
‘Hayley’s even bagged herself an interview with a U.S. radio station, a podcast appearance and she’ll be reporting from Hollywood for GB News.’
Hayley is reportedly planning to fly back to London on Monday to fulfil work commitments on her Sky show and Ideal World, while Mark will stay in the US for the rest of the month.
It comes after Mark shared details on his new relationship after his romance with TV presenter girlfriend Hayley was revealed.

The quiz king has admitted he struggles with his time now he is in a new relationship, after wooing Hayley during a string of romantic dates.
Mark was recently asked if he has been able to enjoy any quizzes with his new girlfriend, however he admitted he hasn’t been able to find the time.
Mark told the Mirror: ‘I’m on the road so much, plus the little matter of a six-year-old boy that I co-parent, so I try to spend as much time as I can with him.
‘I’m going out to film in America next month, and I’m already planning what I’m doing in July and August with Katie to see what weeks work.’
