Cristiano Ronaldo has freshened up his intense workout regime by adding some dance moves into the mix.
The Al Nassr forward is renowned for his incredible physique that he’s managed to keep in perfect condition for more than 20 years as a player.
Ronaldo took to Instagram to show himself doing a series of shoulder and bicep exercises, before throwing in a little jig of his own.
This included a Macarena-style dance, before stretching out his arms and improvising another move with a big smile on his face.
To stay in such immense physical shape at the age of 38 takes real discipline, but the video shows that Ronaldo is happy to have a little bit of fun at the same time.
However he’ll need to be in peak condition next term as competition in the Saudi Pro League steps up a level.
Clubs in Saudi Arabia are conducting some serious transfer business this summer as huge sums of money are spent on top-level global superstars.
Al Ahli have signed Edouard Mendy from Chelsea, while Ronaldo’s title rivals Al-Ittihad have brought in Celtic star Jota along with N’Golo Kante and Karim Benzema to give them a new star-studded look.
Al Hilal have also been busy, bringing in Ruben Neves from Wolves and Kalidou Koulibaly from Chelsea.
Ronaldo’s Al Nassr have brought in Marcelo Brozovic from Inter Milan and have also been linked with Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana, who’s being targeted by Manchester United.
