‘It’s a slap in the face to all the other talented acts!’: Furious BGT viewers call for judges to be AXED after choosing controversial pants-clad Tonikaku as their wildcard
Britain’s Got Talent viewers were left fuming by the judge’s wildcard choice during Sunday’s live final.
One even called for Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Bruno Tonioli to be replaced after they picked pants-clad comedian Tonikaku to compete alongside the fellow finalists for the £250,000 prize.
Many fans were disgruntled the scantily dressed performer had been chosen over his rival, beatboxer MB14.
Speaking about their decision Simon saying: ‘It was a unanimous decision – we just had to have [Tonikaku] here. It wouldn’t have been the same without him.’
And almost as soon as the comedian took to the stage – in his underwear – viewers furiously rushed to Twitter to make their feelings known.

One wrote: ‘Sorry but the judges Wild Card is that fool Tonikaku not MB14. These judges need replacing’.
With a second adding: ‘It would have been better to abolish the entire universe than bring back Tonikaku as the wildcard’.
While a third said: ‘The judges picking Tonikaku as the wildcard is an absolute slap in the face to all the other acts they didn’t put through’.
Someone else commented: ‘The wildcard should have been chosen by the public. Tonikaku is reasonably funny but his act is tired. MB14 should have been in the final over him’.
Another posted: ‘Can’t believe Tonikaku given wildcard. One dimensional comedian. Much better acts could have been given a chance’.
And some else agreed: ‘Tonikaku literally the most unfunny boring person ever seen on BGT why is he the wildcard ffs? Am I missing something?’.
